All orders are normally dispatched using Hermes. Orders received Monday to Thursday will be dispatched within 48 hrs.
Please note that we do not operate on weekends and bank holidays. All orders received on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or a bank holiday will be dispatched on the following Monday (Tuesday on Bank Holidays).

Standard Delivery - £2.99; Delivered within 3-5 working days from dispatch.
Express Delivery - £5.99; Delivered within 1-2 working days from dispatch.
We do not currently ship outside of the UK.
Unsuccessful delivery or items not delivered?
If your order is returned to us after two or more unsuccessful attempts at delivery we may require payment of a redelivery charge based on the original method of delivery.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of your estimated delivery date please let us know as soon as possible . If we are not notified within this timeframe we may not be unable to assist you in locating or replacing your missing item.

Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. On the rare occasion there is a problem with your package or you’ve changed your mind about your purchase, we offer hassle-free refunds or exchanges, simply contact us and we'll talk it through.
If the goods you receive are damaged or defective, please let us know as soon as possible at email@example.com quoting your original order number, with details of the problem. We are happy to offer a replacement or refund for damaged or defective goods.
Need to cancel?
You may cancel your order at any time within 1 working day of us receiving your order, simply contact us with your order number or respond to your order confirmation email and we'll talk it through. If the goods have already been dispatched, you will need to return it to us, we will advise you of the returns process when you email us.
