The Herbal Bath Soak can be used as soon as you feel ready for a bath or sitz bath, which is typically within 24 hours. The Nipple Balm is used from the first feed.

Is this bundle suitable after a C-section?

Yes, with some adaptation. The Peri Spray and Nipple Balm are suitable after a C-section. The Herbal Bath Soak can be used in a full bath once your incision is healing well and your healthcare provider gives the go-ahead for bathing. In the meantime, use the cooled herbal tea in a peri bottle for rinsing.
