Dispatch

Orders received Monday to Thursday are dispatched within 48 hours. We don't operate on weekends or bank holidays, so any order received on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or bank holiday is dispatched on the following Monday (Tuesday if that Monday is a bank holiday).

Delivery

UK Mainland

Free standard delivery on all orders over £40
Standard delivery: £3.50, delivered within 2 to 4 working days from dispatch
Express delivery: from £4.50, delivered within 1 to 2 working days from dispatch

Northern Ireland

Free standard delivery on all orders over £40
Standard delivery: £3.50, delivered within 2 to 4 working days from dispatch

If delivery is unsuccessful

If your order is returned to us after two or more unsuccessful delivery attempts, we may ask you to cover a redelivery charge based on the original delivery method.

Missing or delayed orders

If you haven't received your order within 10 days of your estimated delivery date, please let us know as soon as possible so we can look into it. This does not affect your statutory rights, if your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of your order date, you're entitled to treat the contract as at an end and request a full refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
