Orders and delivery

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays). During busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer. If that happens, we will keep you informed.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on the service chosen at checkout.

  • Standard delivery: typically 2 to 4 working days
  • Express delivery: typically 1 to 2 working days

These are estimates from the carrier and can vary.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout. As a guide:

  • Standard: £3.50
  • Express: from £ 4.50
  • Free standard delivery: on orders over £40

Do you ship outside the UK?

At the moment we ship within the UK and Northern Ireland, the US and limited countries in the EU. We hope to expand in future.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel an order, you there is an option to do this from your confirmation email.  You can also edit orders from your customer account if you have created one. If you need any help with this please email us as soon as you can with your order number. If your order has not yet been packed or dispatched, we will do our best to help.

Once an order has been dispatched, changes are not always possible, but we will still support you with next steps.

My order says delivered but I cannot find it. What should I do?

First, check safe places, neighbours, and any delivery notes from the carrier. If you still cannot locate it, email us with your order number and we will help you investigate with the courier.

What is your returns policy?

If you have changed your mind, you can return unused and unopened items within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition.

For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns of opened products unless they are faulty.

  • your order number
  • a photo of the outer packaging
  • a photo of the item and any damage
  • a brief description of the issue

We will make it right as quickly as we can.

I had a skin reaction. What should I do?

Very occasionally, skin can react to ingredients that are new to you.

  • Stop using the product.
  • If symptoms feel worrying or persist, seek advice from a healthcare professional.
  • Email us within 48 hours of use with:
    • he product name
    • what reaction you experienced
    • when it started after using the product
    • whether you have spoken to a healthcare professional

As a gesture of goodwill, we may refund the value of the product involved. We reserve the right to request a photo of the reaction and, in some cases, supporting information from a healthcare professional.

Do you offer exchanges?

At the moment we handle this as a return and a new order, so you can receive the correct item quickly.

Product use and safety

Are your products safe for pregnancy and postpartum?

Our products are designed with pregnancy and postpartum in mind and are made to be gentle and comforting. Everyone’s body is different, especially during these seasons.

If you have allergies, very sensitive skin, or a medical condition, we recommend checking the ingredient list carefully and seeking personalised advice if needed.

Are your products medical treatments?

No. Our products are cosmetic and wellbeing products intended for comfort and care. They are not medicines and do not treat or prevent medical conditions.

How do I patch test a product?

Patch testing is a quiet, helpful step, especially if your skin is feeling reactive.

  • Apply a small amount to a discreet area, such as the inner forearm.
  • Leave for 24 hours.
  • If irritation occurs, wash off and do not continue use.

If you have a history of allergies, you may wish to speak with a healthcare professional before trying new products.

Where can I find the ingredients list?

Ingredients are listed on each product page and on the product label. If you need help checking a specific ingredient, email us and we will support you.

Do your products contain essential oils or fragrance?

Some of our products contain essential oils, and some are essential oil free. Please check the ingredients list on the product page and label. If you are unsure what is best for you, email us and we will guide you.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Many customers with sensitive skin find our products supportive, but sensitivities vary. Patch testing is always recommended, especially during pregnancy and postpartum.

Are your products vegan and cruelty free?

We are cruelty free. All of our hand made products are Vegan friendly. If you have any questions about a specific product please email us and we will confirm for you.

How should I store my products?

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Always keep lids tightly closed, and use clean, dry hands when applying balms and oils.

What is the shelf life?

Each product label includes a best before date or period after opening symbol. All of our products have a best by date of 12 months after opening. This is a freshness guide, but this isn't an expiration date. You should always use your own best judgment, if it smells "off," don't use it. If you have a question about a specific batch, email us with a photo of the label.

Bundles, gifting, and notes

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We keep packaging simple, calm, and low waste. If you are gifting, you can add a gift note at checkout and we will pack the order with extra care.

Can I include a gift message?

Yes. Add your note at checkout and we will include it in the parcel.

Can I send an order directly to the recipient?

Yes. Use the recipient’s address at checkout. If you would like the parcel to arrive without pricing information, add a note at checkout or email us straight after ordering.

What if I am not sure what to choose?

If you are gifting, consider starting with one small, comforting ritual:

  • A soothing bath moment
  • A simple bedtime cue
  • A nourishing skin ritual

If you tell us the recipient’s season (pregnancy, newly postpartum, or simply needing care), we can suggest a gentle place to begin.
