If you have sensitive skin, a history of allergies, or you are unsure how your skin may respond, we recommend always patch testing first. Apply a small amount to the inside of your wrist or elbow and wait 24 hours before using more widely. If any discomfort, redness, itching, or irritation appears, stop use and rinse the area with water.
If you believe you are having an allergic reaction to a product purchased from our website, please stop using it straight away and seek medical advice from a healthcare professional.
Please contact our team within 48 hours of first adverse reaction.

- The type of reaction you experienced
- When the reaction appeared (how long after application)
- Whether you have consulted a healthcare professional
Refunds
As a gesture of goodwill, we will refund the value of the product that you believe caused the reaction.

- Mum Bub Hub CIC reserves the right to request a photo of the reaction and or a doctor’s letter to support your report.
