Issues with your order?
Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. On the rare occasion, there is a problem with your package or you’ve changed your mind about your purchase, we offer hassle-free refunds or exchanges through our Returns Portal.
If you’ve received an item is damaged or that’s not in perfect condition please please let us know as soon as possible at hello@mumbubhub.co.uk quoting your original order number, with details of the problem so we can get this fixed for you. We are happy to offer a replacement or refund for damaged or defective items.
RETRUNS
UNOPENED items in NEW condition may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a full refund of the item purchase price. Of course, we will gladly pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
1 . Repack your items. No packaging, no problem! Just pop your items in something non see-through, sealable & waterproof.
2. Login to our returns portal. You will need your order number and email/last 4 digits of your phone number.
3. Once you have processed your return in the portal you're ready to post it off.

Good to Know...
For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on our Maternity Pads if the seal has been broken or opened. This does not affect your statutory rights.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Once we have received your return you will receive acknowledgement that the return has been processed within 7-10 working days.
Should you not hear from us in this timeframe please contact us and the team will check the status of your order and update you accordingly.
Please ensure you retain proof of postage return for future reference and include this in any correspondence along with your full name and order number.
Please note we can only process your returns once your products have returned to our site. Failure to provide proof will prevent us from processing the return in the event of lost items.
