All orders are normally dispatched using Hermes. Orders received Monday to Thursday will be dispatched within 48 hrs.
Please note that we do not operate on weekends and bank holidays. All orders received on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or a bank holiday will be dispatched on the following Monday (Tuesday on Bank Holidays).
I’d like to cancel or make some changes to my order – is it too late?
If you would like to make amends or cancel your order, you can do so from the link in your order confirmation email or you can contact us within 24 hours of placing it with your order number and we will further assist you.
We will automatically refund orders that are cancelled.
If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately we're unable to cancel it, you will need to return it to us; we will advise you of the returns process when you email us.
In the unlikely situation that our dispatch team get your order wrong, please contact us and we will further assist.
Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. On the rare occasion there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible, within 5 working days, quoting your original order number so we can help to resolve any problems. We are happy to offer a replacement or refund for damaged or defective goods.
Refunds will only be issued with proof of damage or when goods are returned to our warehouse, and within 14 days of your original order.
