Size: 90g | 3.2oz glass jar
Good to Know: For a full bath use 3-4 tablespoons | For a sitz bath use 1-2 tablespoons
Each pack makes 4-5 full baths or 8-10 sitz baths depending on how much you use per bath.
How to Use
Preparing a bath with this specially blended soak is as simple as brewing a pot of tea!
- Place the herbs in the provided muslin bag.
- Steep in about 200 mL (≈½ cup) of boiling water for around 5 minutes.
- Add the infused herbs and liquid to warm water—either in a tub for a sitz bath or your peri bottle.
- Enjoy up to twice a day for a few minutes to simply pause and nurture yourself.
Can be used as soon as you're ready to have a bath and then repeat once or twice a day for 3-5 days.
Other Ways to Use:
Use the brewed infusion in a sitz bath (a portable shallow basin, which is inserted into your toilet basin, enabling you to soak your bottom) or in the bathtub for a therapeutic soak.
You can also use the warm infusion and a washcloth or cotton pads to create a warm compress.
Pour in your peri bottle to create a herbal rinse after using the toilet.

I bought this several times for friends and last year I finally got to use it myself! Smells divine and makes for a calming evening ritual in the newborn days. I really feel like it helped my tear heal and always left me feeling clean a soothed. Midwives also liked the look of it!
I will ask my friend who is a new mUM to her fourth child how she found the soak!

I’ve bought this soak numerous times for gifts and it’s always so well received! Just a thoughtful product to nurture body and mind!
I used this for the first couple of weeks after giving birth, as both a full bath soak and in a sitz bath. It smells amazing and my recovery has been speedy. This is my fourth child and I’ve used other products previously. I really rate this.
