How to Use

1. Pump a small amount of oil into your palms.
2. Warm between your hands for a few seconds.
3. Massage gently onto damp skin immediately after a shower or bath, applying to damp skin locks in moisture more effectively than applying to dry skin.
4. Focus on the bump, lower belly, thighs, chest, buttocks and underside of the bump, areas where skin stretches fastest.
5. Use daily or as often as skin feels tight or dry.

When to Start

You can start using our Bump and Body Oil from the first trimester. Many women find the daily massage ritual soothing as the bump grows and skin begins to feel tight. Continue using in the postpartum period to nourish skin as it begins to contract after birth.

Our Bump and Body Oil has a subtle, warm botanical fragrance, a gentle blend of mandarin, neroli and cedarwood. The scent is light rather than strong, created by natural essential oils rather than synthetic fragrance.

Can I use it after birth as well?

Yes. The oil is suitable throughout the postpartum period for nourishing skin as it contracts and heals after birth. It can also be used on C-section scar tissue as it heals, to keep the skin supple (wait until the wound is closed and your healthcare provider has given the go-ahead for applying products to the area).
