Our Social Impact
Mum Bub Hub operates as a social enterprise, which means our profits are reinvested directly into our business and our wider mission of supporting women and families through pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood.
Our ethos is simple: to inspire, empower, and uplift.
We do this by approaching every part of our work with care - from thoughtful sourcing and ethical production, to how we support the communities we serve.
Our Support Hub
Access to perinatal education and emotional support is far from equal. Many women, particularly Black women, often face gaps in care, limited access to specialist guidance, or long waiting lists that delay vital support.
When COVID-19 magnified these inequalities, we saw even more mothers slipping through the cracks. In response, we collaborated with a team of perinatal experts, including maternity specialists, perinatal psychiatrists, holistic wellness coaches, educators, and doulas, to create the MBH Support Hub.
This hub provides free or low-barrier access to essential perinatal support services. Every product purchased helps fund this work.
Through reinvesting our profits, we offer timely access to:
- Antenatal and postpartum preparation classes
- Antenatal and postpartum mental wellness therapy
- Breastfeeding support
- 1-1 postpartum wellness sessions
- Group support for early parenthood
Our goal is to ensure every woman, regardless of background or financial circumstance, can access the information, guidance, and emotional support she deserves.

Our Impact
During the 2023–2024 financial year, our social impact included:
- 90 expectant women and new mothers connected to a reliable support network through online and digital channels
- 40 women accessing dedicated antenatal and postnatal group support
- 15 receiving tailored 1-1 specialist support
These numbers reflect lives touched and care expanded, and we remain committed to growing this impact year by year.
