What’s Included

• Perineal Massage Oil 30ml — a blend of seven pregnancy-safe carrier oils for daily perineal massage from 34 weeks. Evidence-backed preparation shown to reduce the risk of tearing and episiotomy during birth, particularly for first-time mothers.
• Postpartum Herbal Bath Soak 45g— nine healing herbs for soothing sitz baths and full baths after birth. Soothes perineal tissue, reduces inflammation and supports recovery. Can also be used in a peri bottle as a herbal rinse.

• During pregnancy: Nourishing Belly Balm (all trimesters, daily), Perineal Massage Oil (from 34 weeks, 3 - 4× weekly), Nipple Balm (from 36 weeks to prepare skin for feeding)
• From birth: Perineal Spray (from day one, after every bathroom visit), Herbal Bath Soak (from day one, 2  sitz baths daily), Nipple Balm (after every feed)
