How To Use
Add 2-3 tablespoons to warm running water before carefully slipping into your bath (the oils can make it a bit slippery) and allow the skin to soak. Pay attention to the sensations on your skin whilst slowly breathing in and out to calm your mind and feel more present amid the chaos of life.
