How to Use

1. Shake the bottle gently before each use.
2. Mist lightly over pillows or bedding 10 - 15 minutes before sleep, hold the bottle 20 - 30 cm from the surface and spray 2 - 3 times.
3. Alternatively, mist into the room or onto sleepwear as part of an evening wind-down routine.
4. Allow a few moments for the aroma to settle before lying down.
