Nipple Balm Wash hands before application. Warm a small amount of balm between fingers. Gently massage a small amount onto the nipple area. Store in the refrigerator for extra soothing relief.
Witch Hazel Peri Spray Spray over the area as needed, after bathing or using the toilet. You can also apply to a maternity pad or cotton pad to create a compress. For extra relief, spray onto a pad and chill in the fridge or freezer to create a soothing “padsicle” for postpartum comfort.
Herbal Bath Soak Place the herbs in the provided muslin bag. Steep in about 200 mL (≈½ cup) of boiling water for around 5 minutes. Add the infused herbs and liquid to warm water, either in a tub for a sitz bath or your peri bottle. Enjoy up to twice a day for a few minutes to pause and nurture yourself.
