How to Use Each Product

• Nourishing Belly Balm: warm a small amount between palms until it melts, then massage onto damp skin. Focus on the bump, underside of the belly, thighs and chest. Use daily.
• Nourishing Skin Oil: pump a small amount into palms, warm between hands, and massage onto damp skin immediately after a shower. Can be used anywhere skin feels dry or tight.
• Coconut Milk Bath Soak: add 2 - 3 tablespoons to a warm bath as the water runs. Swirl to dissolve. Soak for 15 - 20 minutes. Take care when stepping out, the oils can make the bath slightly slippery.
