Helps to soothe swollen, tender stretched perineum

Helps with the healing process of the entire perineal area

Reduces swelling and soothes irritation from haemorrhoids

Perfect size to pop in your hospital bag ready for use after birth.

150ml | 5 fl.oz glass bottle

Your perineum goes through a lot during birth, especially with a vaginal delivery. We’ve harnessed the magic of Witch Hazel, cucumber and aloe in our Perineal Spray to soothe the entire perineal area.

It's an ideal remedy for helping with vaginal swelling, soothing itchy stitches or haemorrhoids during pregnancy and after birth.

You can use the spray on your padsicles or directly on your bits or on your pad for maximum relief.

Ideal for your hospital bag for those first post childbirth bathroom trips or as a perfect gift for a mum-to-be.

Witch Hazel helps reduce inflammation while promoting regeneration.

Aloe Vera hydrates and soothes inflamed or irritated skin + promotes cellular repair.

Cucumber helps ease swelling + soothes irritation.

Chamomile helps ease swelling + protect from inflammation.

150ml | 5 fl.oz glass bottle

Mist over the perineal area as often as needed, especially after bath or toilet use.

Alternatively, spray onto a maternity pad and then place the damp pad over the area.

Use on cotton pads to create a compress for your perineum. Spray on maternity pads and freeze to make quick padsicles or store in the refrigerator for extra relief.

Good to Know: If you've had tears or grazes it may sting a bit initially if the wound is open so try using it as a compress in the first few days.

I can't talk about the spray postpartum (because I'm still pregnant), BUT I've been using it for the hemorrhoids I've developed during pregnancy and it has done miracles! I'm so grateful. (I tried other things I bought at the pharmacy and honestly, this spray was better.)
I am looking forward to using it after the birth as well.

FAQs

Yes you can use our Perineal Spray straight away after birth. If you’ve had stitches or any grazing we would recommend spritzing it on some toilet paper or cotton pad and then applying it to the area in a gentle compress as it can slightly sting if sprayed directly and the skin is still broken. We do not recommend using on open wounds.
